I like this fly because it has a little more flash in the water than a regular hare's ear.  I mixed Ice Dub Peacock with the hare's ear.  Little bit more sparkley.

Hot Hopper

I Pepare the turkey feather for the wing by putting hard as nails on the feather.  Let it dry and then cut to fit.   I tie the legs out of Peacock tail.  I take about 7 or so fibers and tie them in knot.
