Several layers of .010 to build shape & add weight
Abdomen

Pearl Tinsel
Body Hackle
Peacock herl, cut off the tip to get to the thicker part of the stem. Tie it in tip end first then, pull your finders along the herl stem to fluff up the fibers
Overbody
Coat the entire larva with 5 minute epoxy and flluff the herl fibers out with the bodkin before epoxy sets
Head
Black tread built to tapper forward

An Original from my bench.  I got this idea after watching Loren Williams tie a larva fly out of a pink latex condom.    This one is designed to go all the way to the bottom.
