It has been a while, but fly swaps are a great way to see up close and personal how a real fisherman ties. We are all tyers and every time I sit a vise I learn a little more.
To get things going I am proposing a new swap. To make it simple but also productive, fishable flies:

Caddis nymph

Two week turnaround.
