My fly fishing journey commenced about 50 years ago when my uncle handed me a telescoping metal fly rod and said 'go forth'. I wish I could say I have traveled far and wide and fished fabled waters. I have not been so fortunate, but I have many fine memories and more to come. I derive much satisfaction teaching fly tying and fly fishing. My three son's and dear friends are the beneficiaries of my devotion to sharing the many satisfying facets of the sport. Someday when life's demands ease a bit, I hope to tie and fish more and seek "the moment". Thanks for dropping by.
I started a humble 'how to' fly fishing and fly tying blog SwittersB and Fly Fishing and have learned a great deal in the process and love sharing my discoveries with others.
