Fred Hannie
My name is Fred Hannie and I am from Lake Charles ,La. . I grew up along the gulf coast fishing the many salt and freshwater marshes that are abundant here. The fly fishing opportunities are second only to the beauty of our landscapes and the richness of our Cajun culture. I am a dental technician by trade ,specializing in complete and partial denture fabrication. Many of the skills I use everyday at work can be seen in my fly tying as well as the attention to detail. I am a member of the Deer Creek design team , a Togen Fly Shop pro staff member and a member of the FFF Fly Tying Council. My flies have been featured in online articles and many step by step patterns can be found in Hatches online magazine or on my website Realistic Fly Tying
